pklock Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you and pklock ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your use of the pklock website, mobile application and all services offered through them. By registering an account on pklock, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

pklock is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. 3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one pklock account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on pklock, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update your pklock account promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pklock login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pklock will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. 4 Deposits

pklock accepts deposits through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and standard bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit on pklock is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though pklock may apply limits to specific payment methods or accounts at its discretion.

Deposits made through bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to your pklock account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to appear. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact pklock support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

pklock processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are paid in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. pklock aims to process all withdrawal requests within four hours of approval, though processing times may vary during peak periods.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, pklock will require you to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players on the platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pklock platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one pklock account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any pklock game or system.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

pklock reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended, pklock will notify you by email with the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it, where resolution is possible. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
